Sealed bids for furnishing the following:
#22-08 Westview Cemetery Administration Office & Maintenance Garage

Construction of new freestanding facility of administration offices, ground maintenance garage and workshop and associated support spaces. Work includes base bid and alternate scope. Base work includes but is not limited to site clearing, new foundation, steel superstructure, full exterior enclosure, windows, doors, mechanical, plumbing, septic system, electrical and fire alarm. Alternate work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing building and site and new building scope.

Estimated Cost $2.66 million.

A Pre-Bid Conference shall be conducted on June 2, 2021, 10:00 A.M. at the project site: 520 Bedford St, Lexington, MA. Meet at the existing building maintenance yard.

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained on May 19, 2021 after Noon (12:00 p.m), and Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. thereafter at:

There is a plan deposit of $50.00 per set (maximum 2 sets) for printed copies made payable to the Town of Lexington. Deposits must be in the form of a certified or cashier’s check. The deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general contractors and one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the awarding authority.

Bidders requesting documents to be mailed, shall include a separate check, (company, certified, or money order) made out to Andrew T. Johnson Co in the amount of $25.00 for UPS Ground service.
