CITY OF WOBURN-PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM AT WOBURN FIRE HEADQUARTERS

In accordance with Chapter 193 of the Acts and Resolves of 2004, an Act Further Regulating Public Construction in the Commonwealth, and M.G.L. Chapter 149, the City of Woburn, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from electrical prime contractors for the PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM FOR WOBURN FIRE HEADQUARTERS in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by DiNisco Design, Inc., 99 Chauncy Street, Suite 901, Boston, Massachusetts 02111. The project consists of the installation of photovoltaic system on the roofs of the Woburn Fire Headquarters and adjacent Support Building located at 731 Main Street, Woburn, MA 01801.

Estimated cost of construction is $350,000.

Deposit for Bid Documents: None Required

Bidders requesting documents to be mailed shall include a separate check (company, certified, or money order) made out to Andrew T. Johnson Co in the amount of $25.00 for UPS Ground service.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, 23 March 2023 at the Woburn Fire Headquarters Training Room.
Following the Pre-Bid Conference there will be a tour of the site with the Owner and Architect. All bidders are invited to attend.
