INVITATION FOR BIDS
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 149, Section 44A‐44M, the Global Learning Charter Public School (“GLCPS”), the Awarding Authority, is soliciting bids from responsible and eligible bidders for the Demolition and Abatement Services designated herein, in association with the expansion of their campus (“Global Learning Charter Public School / Convent Renovation Project”).
The project involves the selective interior demolition and hazardous materials abatement of 17,000 GSF structure located at 106 Bullard Street, New Bedford, MA, immediately adjacent to the existing GLCPS campus on Ashley Boulevard.
DCAMM certification in General Building Construction or Demolition is required.
Electronic copies of the Request for Prequalification packages will be made available at no charge, beginning on April 14, 2021, and may be obtained at Andrew T. Johnson Online Plan Room, (www.atjplanroom.com) within the public project folder.
Paper documents may be obtained upon request, and at the expense of the requesting party.
Questions or questions related to submitting a response to the IFB should be directed as further indicated in the Bid package.
Responses are due not later than Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 1:00 PM, and shall be delivered to the following:

ANY ADDENDA FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED TO THIS SITE AND AN ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PLAN HOLDERS TO CHECK AND DOWNLOAD ANY ADDENDA PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BIDS.
