PART I. INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational School District (AWARDING AUTHORITY) invites sealed bids for furnishing, delivered and installing furniture, furnishings, and equipment for the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School, 100 Hemlock Road, Wakefield, MA 01880.
A hard copy of the Contract Documents may be ordered (printing and mailing costs apply) through Andrew T. Johnson Company (ATJ), 15 Tremont Place, Boston, MA 02108 by calling 617-742-1610 on January 6, at 1:00 pm, for the following categories of furniture, furnishings, and equipment:

Contract/Bid Documents are also available at no cost online at www.atjplanroom.com, click on Public Jobs, then the project name, Northeast FF&E IFB. Drawings and specifications will be available to view and download. To download you must register for a free account, which will place you on the plan holders list to receive addendums, by email when issued.
TO DOWNLOAD PLANS AND SPECS YOU MUST REGISTER FOR A FREE ACCOUNT. THE LINK TO REGISTER IS UNDER THE LOGIN TAB ON THE TOP RIGHT.
AFTER LOGGING IN, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE JOB, OR SECTIONS. A ZIP FILE WILL BE CREATED IN THE DOWNLOAD QUEUE FOR FASTER DOWNLOADING.
ANY ADDENDA FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED TO THIS SITE AND AN ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PLAN HOLDERS TO CHECK AND DOWNLOAD ANY ADDENDA PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BIDS.
Hard copies of bid documents will not be provided unless ordered from ATJ by contacting the phone # listed above.
Bids must be submitted electronically via www.icdinc.com. You must register for a free account, which assigns you a vendor number and allows electronic calculations. Hard copy bids, not completed in ICD’s electronic bid system will not be accepted.
ICD’s electronic bid system is a protected site and no one other than the bidding vendor can review another vendor’s bid submissions. The ICD electronic bid system provides for automatic bid calculations to ensure accuracy. The bid form can be saved and returned to later, and multiple projects may be accessed from your account at once.
You will need to set up a new login for each new project.
Before the bidding closes all individual vendor data is only viewed by the registered vendor. ICD does not access individual vendor’s pricing until after the bid closes
