The Nashoba Valley Technical School District, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Nashoba Valley Tech High School New ADA Toilet Rooms, located at 100 Littleton Road, Westford, MA 01866, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Mount Vernon Group Architects, Inc., 178 Albion Street, Suite 240, Wakefield, MA 01880, (781) 213-5030. Bidding procedures and award of Contract and Subcontracts are subject to the provisions of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MGL), as amended, including Chapter 149, §44A to §44J inclusive of minimum wage rates as required by Section 26 to 29 and applicable sections of MGL Chapter 30, Section 39F to 39M inclusive, and 39R of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as amended to date. and the regulations established by the Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM).

The scope of Work includes, but not limited to; selective demolition and new tile flooring, ceilings, wood doors, hollow metal door frames, door hardware, toilet accessories, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical; and all Work indicated in the Construction Documents.

The estimated construction cost is $ 130,000.00.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference / Site Inspection: 

All bidders are alerted to the fact that a non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Nashoba Valley Technical High School, 100 Littleton Road, Westford, MA 01866 at 11:00 AM, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14, 2024.
