INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Town of Norwood invites sealed bids for furnishing, delivering, and installing furniture, furnishings and equipment for the new Philip O. Coakley Middle School, 1315 Washington Street, Norwood, MA 02062. Bids will be received by the Town of Norwood through the Norwood Public Schools until October 1, 2024, at 11:00 am. At the bid close time, email a complete copy of the bid to Integrated Contract Design, Inc. at nlohrer@icdinc.com. Include all bid documents in this email.

To receive addenda, you will need to register with Andrew T. Johnson, Company. This is hosted by ATJ. No hardcopies will be provided unless you want to order from ATJ. You will need plans to move around the building if you get an award. You can either print from the download plans or have ATJ print them for you.
Bidding documents will also be made available online at atjplanroom.com, click on Public Jobs, then the project name. Drawings and specifications will be available to view and download. To download you must register for a free account, which will place you on the plan holders list to receive addendums, by email when issued.
You can also submit your pricing electronically online at icdinc.com. You must register for a free account, which assign you a vendor number and allow electronic calculations.
TO DOWNLOAD PLANS AND SPECS YOU MUST REGISTER FOR A FREE ACCOUNT. THE LINK TO REGISTER IS UNDER THE LOGIN TAB ON THE TOP RIGHT. AFTER LOGGING IN, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE JOB, OR SECTIONS. A ZIP FILE WILL BE CREATED IN THE DOWNLOAD QUEUE FOR FASTER DOWNLOADING.
ANY ADDENDA FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED TO THIS SITE AND AN ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PLAN HOLDERS TO CHECK AND DOWNLOAD ANY ADDENDA PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BIDS.
